Agreement to these terms
Dream to Direction is a public-facing business name used by Ruaware LLC. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dream to Direction website and services. By purchasing or using a service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy posted on the website. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the service.
The service
Dream to Direction offers a free 30-minute fit call. If the project fits, Dream to Direction may offer a $300 starting engagement that assesses the goal, existing assets, and obstacles and provides a personalized direction document with a defined starting First Win and practical next steps. Booking the free call does not commit you to purchase.
Before payment, the written agreement identifies the starting scope, deliverables, completion criteria, customer responsibilities, timing, price, and terms. Website creation, technical configuration, automations, marketing campaign execution, ongoing management, and other implementation services are not included in the $300 starting engagement. Any such service is optional and requires a separate written scope and quote.
Service features, timing, and availability may change. Any material change to a service you have already purchased will be communicated to you.
AI-assisted experience and human review
Introductory calls are conducted by Ronnie by telephone. AI may assist with research, organization, and drafting for the personalized direction document or separately agreed work. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You should review information, correct mistakes, and use your own judgment. The agreed deliverables and completion criteria remain those stated in the written agreement.
Your responsibilities
- Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Correct misunderstandings and disclose constraints that materially affect the plan.
- Respond within a reasonable time when an agreed engagement requires your input.
- Use your own judgment and seek licensed professional advice when appropriate.
- Do not use the service to harm others, violate the law, invade privacy, or submit material you do not have the right to share.
No licensed professional relationship
Dream to Direction is not a law firm, medical provider, mental health provider, financial adviser, employment agency, or emergency service. The service does not create an attorney-client, clinician-patient, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.
Payment
The introductory call is free. If offered after a fit review, the starting direction engagement costs a $300 flat fee. Implementation and other additional work are optional and separately scoped and quoted. Applicable taxes and payment terms, if any, will be presented before purchase. Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy posted on the website. If those terms conflict with a right that cannot be waived under applicable law, the applicable legal right controls.
Work product and client materials
You retain ownership of the original information and materials you submit. You give Dream to Direction permission to use them as needed to provide, secure, and administer the service. Rights to use the direction document and other deliverables will be stated in the written agreement.
Dream to Direction retains ownership of its underlying methods, prompts, systems, templates, software, branding, and general know-how. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of those underlying materials.
Implementation and other additional work
The $300 flat fee covers only the personalized direction document and any other starting-scope deliverables identified in the written agreement. It does not provide implementation, unlimited work, ongoing management, or a complete business launch. Any additional work is optional and requires a separate written scope, quote, and agreement.
Completion commitment and business outcomes
We commit to completing the personalized direction document and any other starting-scope deliverables, and to meeting the completion criteria stated in your written agreement. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, employment, funding, or business success.
Results beyond the agreed completion criteria may depend on your choices, effort, circumstances, third parties, and information that may change.
Disclaimers and limits
The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Dream to Direction does not promise that the website, AI features, or communications will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Ending access
Dream to Direction may suspend or end access when necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties; address nonpayment or misuse; comply with law; or respond to conduct that materially prevents the service from being delivered. Any refund due will be handled under the posted policy and applicable law.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding that must be brought in court will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Detroit, Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
