What do I provide when booking?
Your name, email address, phone number, and brief answers to three questions: what you want to move forward and what progress would look like, where you are now, and what you already have or where you are getting stuck.
Does Ronnie read my answers before the call?
Yes. Ronnie reviews the intake answers attached to the booking before calling.
What may be offered after the call?
If the project fits, Dream to Direction may offer a $300 starting engagement to prepare a personalized direction document with a defined First Win and practical next steps.
Does booking the call commit me to a First Win?
No. The introductory call is free, with no obligation to purchase.
What is the First Win?
It is a practical starting point defined for the customer’s situation in the direction document. Its precise criteria depend on the project; it is not a universal task or an implementation promise.
What does the $300 starting engagement include?
It includes organizing the idea, assessing the goal, existing assets, obstacles, and assumptions, and preparing the personalized direction document described in the written agreement. The agreement identifies the starting scope, deliverables, completion criteria, customer responsibilities, timing, price, and terms before payment.
Does the $300 engagement include implementation?
No. Website building, technical setup, automations, marketing campaign execution, ongoing management, and other implementation services are separate, optional engagements with their own scope and pricing.
Is this therapy, counseling, or professional advice?
No. Dream to Direction is not therapy, crisis support, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or another licensed professional service.
What does Dream to Direction commit to completing?
We commit to completing the personalized direction document and any other starting-scope deliverables, and to meeting the completion criteria stated in your written agreement. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, employment, funding, or business success.
